My Fit Father Project FF30X Review and 5 Month Follow Up And Check In

It's been 5 months since I finished the Fit Father Project FF30X on March 31st.

It's August 31st today so I felt it would be a good time to check in with my 5 month follow up.

I've continued to follow the Fit Father Project FF30X principles and eating lifestyle.

I've really just been doing maintenance for the last 5 months.

The good news is I've maintained my weight loss and even lost some more pounds.

I'm sticking to the Fit Father FF30X program.

During the week it's easy.

In fact it's routine.

The night before I make all of my water using lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, I also make my sandwich, and put my vitamins in a sandwich bag.

I get up in the morning and make my shake.

Shake #2 that is.

I still love that shake.

I pack up my water, shake, and sandwich in my lunch box and I'm out the door to work.

If I'm too lazy to make a sandwich the night before I use the On The Go menu and pick one up at Subway.

I do my water and afternoon snack when I get home from work.

I try to eat dinner around 6:45 to 7pm.

I eat a sensible meal.

I usually drink Tejava iced tea with dinner.

That's it for the week.

It's easy and like I said it's routine.

The weekend is the toughest part.

On the weekend I drink my water and do my shake in the morning for breakfast.

I try to drink my water like I'm supposed to but sometimes forget.

We go out to eat or eat late during the day sometimes and messes up my routine.

I don't mean to sound like I've been eating perfectly for the last 5 months.

I haven't.

When I did the Fit Father Project FF30X in March I followed the plan to a T.

Now I stick with it closely during the week.

On the weekend I don't follow it as close.

But I do make it a habit to do physical activities on the weekend.

I think it all balances out.

We went on vacation for 9 days.

I didn't have my shake.

But I learned to work with the meals I had and made sure to drink my water as best as I could.

And eat sensible meals.

And I've kept my weight down and ended up losing some more pounds, 5 months later.

Look at my pictures.

I play basketball on Saturday morning with the same group of guys as before.

On Sunday I play pickle ball with my son and father-in-law.

I also do 4 sets of 10 push ups 3 or 4 times a week.

Builds up my chest and triceps, my beach muscles.

I feel great and in shape.

I was able to do all of this because of the Fit Father Project FF30X.

I did the meal plan and the workout plan for the month of March.

I lost the weight and gained muscle.

I dropped the 20 plus pounds and all I'm doing now is just keeping it off 5 months later.

The Fit Father Project FF30X is a life changer.
