Fit Father Project FF30X Day 19
On day 19, I had my usual excellent shake #2 for breakfast.
For lunch I had the lunch #2 which is the chicken pesto “manwich” with tomatoes.
The tomatoes are a great addition.
For my afternoon snack I changed to an apple and turkey jerky.
Dinner was easy.
I pulled some precooked salmon out of the refrigerator and added some brown rice and frozen green vegetables.
I drank all of my water for the day.
I wish I had done what the Fit Father Project FF30X meal plan had recommended and made my protein on one day for the rest of the week.
It is much simpler and very quick.
