Fit Father Project FF30X Day 18

I had a shake #2 for breakfast, still excellent.

I was running late Sunday night the night before and didn’t take the time to make the Chicken Pesto Manwich at home.

Instead I had an On The Go meal for lunch from Subway.

For my snack I had an organic cashews and turkey jerky.

For dinner I had some chicken, brown rice, and organic frozen mixed green vegetables.

I also drank all of my water for the day.

Day 18 of my Fit Father Project FF30X was on a Monday so it was an Apex workout day.

I was kind of tired in the afternoon after I picked up the kids from school  and got home from work.

I loaded some Soggy Bottom Boys radio on my free Pandora on my iPhone to start my workout and Johnny Cash radio to finish it.

It was a great workout.

The exercises are getting easier but it’s still difficult.

My workout was 1 hour 15 minutes.

I should have done the following a couple weeks ago but better late than never.

It’s best to prepare your meat and meals for the week on Sunday afternoon.

I made  the mistake of defrosting some salmon and chicken breasts from Trader Joe’s later that Monday night.

I cooked the salmon in our air fryer, quick and easy.

I cooked some chicken breasts in the oven and the air fryer.

It took a while and I got to bed late that night after finishing the meat and making my lunch for the next day.

Sunday afternoons work best.

About my Fit Father Project FF30X Apex workouts, I’m finding that I need enough sleep for the day I workout.

Getting enough sleep is important even though it’s hard to get to bed at a good time sometimes.
