Fit Father Project FF30X Day 14

It’s Thursday and I’m off tomorrow so things are looking good. 

For breakfast I had my excellent shake #2.

I didn’t feel like making my lunch the night before so I took the easy route and picked up an On The Go lunch at Subway for my meal. 

I had my snack in the afternoon and had tuna with my sensible dinner as one of my Go To meals.

I drank all of my water for the day.

I really haven’t talked about breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the Fit Father Project FF30X.

The Fit Father’s No Think Fat Loss Meal plan has lots of delicious recipes to choose from. 

There are many breakfast recipes that look really tasty but I’ve just stuck with the shake because it’s easy and I’m kind of lazy when it comes to making meals. 

There are lots of savory lunch recipes to choose from. 

And there are a bunch of yummy dinner recipes to choose from but I’ve stuck mainly to my Go To proteins for my meals like tuna and chicken. 

It’s quick and easy.
