Fit Father Project FF30X Day 13

It’s hump day Wednesday so it’s all downhill after today. 

My shake #2 was back to excellent. 

I went to Subway for my On The Go lunch. 

I drank my water for the day. 

I had my snack of cashews and turkey jerky when I got home from work. 

I could substitute apples but I’ve been enjoying the cashews and turkey jerky. 

I’ve also been trying different types of turkey jerkies. 

I found some good ones at Trader Joes, Costco, and Target. 

Shortly after I ate my snack I did my Apex workout. 

The Apex workout is really coming along. 

I can do almost half of it before it starts to kick my butt. 

I’m making progress and it’s getting easier. 

I didn’t even need motivational or music with a strong beat to get through. 

I went old school with the yodeling lineman Jimmie Rodgers on free Pandora. 

Now my workouts are just about taking care of business and having a quality workout. 

I finished my workout and had a post workout shake. 

For dinner I had roasted chicken as part of my Go To sensible meal.

I was thinking about the last 2 weeks. 

My energy has been way up compared to what it used to be. 

At work I run around without feeling run down like I did before. 

I’ve had coffee twice, once on the weekend, and once for a special occasion at work. 

Before I started the Fit Father Project FF30X I would go to Starbucks every morning. 

I start work at 6am and coffee was my wake me up, but I’ve been doing great without it. 

When I get home from work I still have lots of energy and have been getting things done around the house. 

Things have been going well and I’m about 1/2 way through the Fit Father Project FF30X program.
