Fit Father Project FF30X Day 11

It’s Monday so I’m officially starting week 2. 

I kept to the Fit Father Project FF30X meal plan for the day. 

I had my excellent shake #2 for breakfast, I don’t mean to comment so much on the shake but it is really good. 

For lunch I had lunch #2, which is the Ezekiel Bread Chicken Pesto “Manwich”. 

It was a nice change and I enjoyed it. 

For dinner my wife made chicken in the air fryer. 

That was my protein for my sensible meal plus brown rice and some organic frozen mixed vegetables I bought at Trader Joes.

The meal was filling. 

And I drank my water for the day.

Today was my 4th Apex workout. 

It was different this time. 

I don’t know if I was just tired last Friday and needed some motivational music to get through or I’m starting to get comfortable and making progress with the workout. 

I set my free Pandora on my iPhone to Toots and The Maytals, put in my earbuds and powered through the workout. 

I took care of business. 

My Apex workout was about 1 1/2 hours long but it was a complete and fulfilling workout today. 

I’m beat and I’m going to sleep well tonight. 

As far as progress, I’m sticking to the Fit Father Project FF30X plan and losing weight.
