Fit Father Project FF30X Day 1

I started the Fit Father Project FF30X on March 1 since I was off that day. 

It was a Friday and made it easy to do the diet for the weekend and start the workout on Monday. 

I got up and made my shake, which was actually pretty good. 

I drank my water before breakfast and lunch. 

I mixed lemon juice and organic apple cider vinegar in my water since I’ve learned to like it. 

It tastes good cold after being chilled in the refrigerator overnight.  

I made the Ezekiel Bread Turkey Avocado “Manwich” for lunch. 

It was tasty and filled me up. 

I drank my water before my snack which was cashews and turkey jerky. 

And for dinner I had salmon patties, green beans, and potatoes.

Day 1 is done, time to adopt new eating habits with the Fit Father Project FF30X meal plan.
