Fit Father Project FF30X Day 26
For breakfast I had my usual excellent Fit Father Project FF30X shake #2.
For lunch I had the pesto chicken ‘Manwich’ that I made the night before.
I added sliced organic tomatoes to my ‘Manwich’ for some added taste and I really like tomatoes.
For my afternoon snack I had turkey jerky and an organic Fuji apple.
I drank all of my water for the day.
For dinner I made a simple Fit Father Project FF30X meal.
My dinner was canned tuna, frozen mixed green vegetables from Trader Joe’s, and brown rice.
