Fit Father Project FF30X Day 25

Fit Father Project FF30X Day 25

For breakfast I had my usual excellent shake #2.

I had a Penguin polo shirt in my closet but never wore it because it was a heritage slim fit.

My man boobs and my stomach would stick out and it was tight.

Today I wore it comfortably.

My pant’s waist is loose on me and I have to tighten up my belt.

I have one more hole in my belt left.

Watching what I eat and how I eat is actually paying off.

It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve been able to stay with the Fit Father Project FF30X meal plan completely so far.

I’ve been losing weight and I’m noticing a difference.

Day 25 fell on a Monday, which was a holiday for me and I had the day off.

My wife also took the day off.

We tried out a new ramen bar.

I got a small poke bowl which consisted of rice, shrimp, spicy tuna, seaweed, and green onions.

It was delicious.

In the past I would have ordered the large poke bowl and stuffed myself.

The small was a perfect size and it filled me up.

I also had unsweetened iced tea.

I drank all of my water for the day.

I had a nice sized tangerine for a snack in the afternoon before my Apex workout.

My Fit Father Project FF30X Apex workout went smooth.

I did it in 1 hour and 10 minutes.

It’s still difficult but I’m getting much better at the exercises.

I put Metallica radio on the free Pandora on my iPhone, put in my earbuds, and took care of my workout.

For dinner I had chicken from the air fryer with a spoon of Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce and Trader Joe’s frozen asparagus.

I was running late and didn’t make brown rice because it would take too long.

I ended eating dinner close to 9pm.

I don’t like eating that late but sometimes it happens.
