Fit Father Project FF30X Day 24
I had shake #2 for breakfast.
Breakfast is now a habit and I like to keep it consistent.
It’s just easier for me.
My blender is powering through.
For lunch the family went to Tender Greens.
Tender Greens has some really healthy choices on the menu and the plates are excellent.
I got the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Plate which included brown rice and a mixed green salad.
It’s one of my favorites and is very flavorful.
I drank all of my water for the day.
I had a free day for my Fit Father Project FF30X workout.
You’re supposed to pick a workout and do it for an hour.
It can be hiking, walking, biking, playing basketball, or whatever type of physical activity.
Just do it for an hour.
I jogged about 5 miles in an hour.
I hadn’t jogged for a while, but I felt lighter and wasn’t breathing as hard.
When I finished the hour jog I felt a little sore.
For dinner my wife made chicken in the air fryer.
The air fryer works well for chicken and salmon and the food is delicious.
My wife puts olive oil, salt, and pepper on the meat and the air fryer does the rest.
It takes about 15 minutes depending on how much chicken or fish.
And it’s easy too.
I also had frozen asparagus from Trader Joe’s and sweet potato wedges.
I’ve been losing weight and I’m feeling good.
