My name is Steve.
I’m 48, have 2 kids, 8 and 13.
I get up and go to work every morning.
I work what’s called a 9/80. One week I work M-Th 6-3:30pm, and the next week M-Th 6-3:30 and Friday 6-2:30. That’s 36 hours one week and 44 the second.
So I work, pick up the kids from after school care and come home each day.
Again, I’m 48 years old and weigh around 238 pounds.
If I can do this, anyone can.
I get up, go to work, and come home. Rinse and repeat.
Life starts speeding up and before you know it you’re 48.
It’s time to make a change and get healthy again like I was when I was in my 20’s and 30’s.
